In a scene that Spielberg or Disney would covet, the sky filled with dust. . .a drunken desert sailor veered perilously close to the towers of Pepe Ozan's "Temple of Rudra." The wind forced a collision between the two and then there was this bizarre scene.  It took over half an hour to pry the mast loose from the sculpture, which sustained minimal damage and later became the stage for this year's playa opera.
